The "Bali Impian Estate" and the adjacent "Water-Spa Villas" are located near the center of the Bukit pensinsula in South Bali (on the map it's the small red area right above the letter T of the word BUKIT). The land is sloping down to the North giving all villas stunning views of the sea, the airport, Kuta and Seminyak, Benoa harbour, Sanur and Bali's mountains.

It's about 20 minutes to the international airport and about 30 minutes to Kuta and Sanur.
