This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is set in a landscaped 1,300 square meter tropical garden sloping down to a 18 x 9 meter free-form swimming pool offering stunning views over the sea and the mountains. A unique feature is the Billiards Pavilion near the swimming pool.
The main building accommodates spacious open-air living and dining areas for up to 8 or 10 guests, and three air-conditioned bedrooms with terraces (or a balcony) and en-suite bathrooms with double sinks, soaking bath tub, and outdoor garden showers. A fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom and a terrace is located in the garden right next to the large swimming pool.
The villa, and even some of the rooms, feature several levels designed to take full advantage of the stunning view which can be enjoyed even from most of the bath tubs.
