Although "Bali Impian Estate Villa" is part of the "Bali Impian Estate", its garden is separated from the "Bali Impian Villa and Suites" by high bamboo and tropical plants which allows complete privacy.
"Bali Impian Estate Villa" consists of a two level building; the first level accommodates a guest pavilion and an air-conditioned gym room with billiard table on the terrace. There is a large infinity-edge swimming pool tiled with natural stone.

Great Villa in which to Entertain
The open living area has comfortable sofas and many traditional works of art including small statues and original paintings. Behind the sofa, a dining table seats eight people and overlooks the pond. There is also a smaller dining table for four near the sofa.
A bar table is adjacent to a modern kitchen, containing three refrigerators; two for wine and beverages and the other for daily supplies.
At night you can watch the flickering lights of the airport's runway and Bali villages in the distance, giving you a feeling of serenity.
A spacious study room next to a guest toilet has several library racks and a meeting table with 6 seats. The large glass windows allow a lot of natural light and a wide open view.
Accommodate for Friends and Relatives
The downstairs bedroom is a separate guest bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. It overlooks the garden and swimming pool. There are Chinese style decorations. A round dining table with two seats is available on the terrace outside the bedroom.
